It’s time to invest in YOU!
I want you to know YOUR dreams matter… It’s not too late.
I know:
• You hold the answers to your deepest longing.
• When you give yourself the space to listen,
• You strengthen your self-trust.
• When you let go of what is not working, you are set free.
• When you choose self-care, you bloom.
• When you accept all of you, you become whole.
• When you advocate for what you need, you heal.
• When you choose to reveal all of you,
• You become fully visible and passionately alive.
This is my wish for you.

Hi, I ‘m Lyn
I help midlife women unravel what’s keeping them stuck and get clear about what they truly need to thrive. The journey starts with prioritizing you.
If you are hoping for a quick fix transformation or if you aspire to society’s version of success, you are in the wrong place. I’m not here to tell you how you are supposed to show up. I am here to support you as you uncover your own path.
You are not just another tedious item to get through on your endless ‘to-do’ list. You are your life’s heart. When you invest real time in yourself, you will discover you are the lifelong lover, friend, companion, sister, mother, mentor, and partner you have been longing for.
It’s time to pause, explore, get curious, be courageous, play, and discover.
Now is the time to woo the woman you are, to let go of old ideas of who you are supposed to be, and to design a second act that is authentically yours.
I’m so glad you’re here.
The greatest thing in the world is to know how to be yourself.
~ Philosopher Montaigne
I’m a coach, idealist, and style junkie.
As both an idealist and a pragmatist, I’m motivated by possibility while craving practical steps to get there.
I’m also divorced, the mother of a young adult, and a recovering people pleaser and control freak. I’ve learned the hard way that control is a myth. No one escapes life’s knocks and challenges. Self-trust is key to navigating tough times.
I am passionate about living authentically and entranced by people’s stories. Uniqueness is where our magic lies. Transformation is always possible when you take responsibility, refuse to criticize yourself and approach yourself open-heartedly.
I’m not a fan of instant fixes or promises of overnight change. I’m not sure I believe in living as our best self. It just feels like too much pressure. I’m all for steady evolving: releasing what doesn’t work, and being present to what evokes energy and joy.
I’ve learned that when we make ourselves a priority, engage curiosity, willingly explore, and give ourselves a break from comparison we open a space for ourselves to bloom.
I’m fired up by supporting women at midlife who’ve been buried under all the shoulds, musts and needs of others to get unstuck and open themselves to their true destiny.
My Story
Stylish Inspiration
Style catapulted me into midlife coaching.
Women with style captivate me. I love their authentic self-expression. Because I coveted style, I trained as a style coach. It was a transformational experience.
Turning 50, divorcing, parenting alone, changing careers, and struggling with menopause, I saw the parallels between my style clients and my own midlife evolution.
Both processes were driven by a desire to get unstuck and create anew.
Both required the release of outdated patterns and beliefs. Both experiences meant tuning
into oneself and being honest.
Navigating discomfort, self-acceptance, a willingness to try new things and a relentless faith in a positive outcome were integral to the journey.
True style emerges when you are willing to trust your own instincts and confidently break the rules and others’ expectations. Authentic style is captivating because it reveals who we are.
The midlife transformation is similar.
By 40 or 50, you’ve developed wisdom, resilience, skills, and experience but you may still be playing by others rules.
To come alive, you need to turn inward, listen, take courage and mix things up so you
can give birth to Your full expression.
Style is a distinctive manner of expression.
